Does anyone know why node dates in a Recent Blocks list would come out wrong? I mean bizarrely wrong: they all come up "36 years 35 weeks ago". They're actually several days old...

This has come up in one local site I've made. Other sites, also hosted locally and built from the same template, seem OK -- a Recent Blocks block lists nodes as "3 days ago" or whatever's correct. For the wacky site, I've checked dates under Main Settings, and checked the configuration of the Recent Blocks block in question, and checked the settings of the Recent Blocks module, and of course checked my system's date itself... nothing is amiss in any of those.

Has anyone else seen this happen??
